There is nothing I won’t do to defend Sarah Palin! The fact that she accidentally glommed onto an obscure footnote about Paul Revere proves that she’s really smart, just like I’d said all along.  I told you it wasn’t just random word salad like everyone said.  Someone get her a MacArthur Genius Grant, stat!

Seriously, Billy Boy? Sarah Palin hits upon something truthful-ish by accident while in one of her trances of echo- and glossolalia about once every couple of years¹.

I’ve known parrots with a better conversational hit rate than that, and you’ve ignored the actual point here. I don’t know why I’m surprised about it; you’re frequently disingenuous and paint a false picture to your readers.

In light of that, it’s no wonder you have a major crush on Palin; she is an uneducated liar and grifter who tries to fake her way through life and politics, after all, which is really the point – see here, here, here and here if you want documentary evidence.

We shouldn’t be surprised if she occasionally tells the truth by accident, as per the old saw about stopped clocks, but it would be far more suprising if she ever did it on purpose. Your attempted defence of her is frankly embarrassing; trying to portray Sarah Palin as educated, smart and politically savvy just marks you as a fanboy with a crush, and you should be ashamed of yourself.
